These Terms govern your use of EzFix ("the Service"), operated by Jeremy Diagnostics ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
EzFix is an AI-powered diagnostic assistant that generates educational troubleshooting checklists and repair guidance for car owners based on symptoms or fault codes they describe. Output is advisory and informational only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. The Service is not a substitute for inspection, diagnosis, or repair by a qualified mechanic. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make and any work you (or anyone else) performs based on AI output.
What EzFix is not. EzFix does not sell, resell, or provide vehicle history reports, title checks, VIN history, accident history, ownership records, odometer verification, lien/theft checks, or any other vehicle records or reports. The VIN input field on this Service is a convenience helper that pre-fills the make/model/year of the user's own vehicle to give the AI better context — it does not return a history report. EzFix is also not a marketplace, listing service, or vehicle appraisal service.
You agree that to the fullest extent permitted by law:
You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully or fraudulently; (b) infringe intellectual property; (c) interfere with security (malware, scraping, probing); (d) jailbreak or attempt to bypass safety filters; (e) generate harmful, illegal, or hateful content; (f) use outputs to provide regulated professional advice without your own oversight.
You are responsible for your prompts, your use of outputs, verifying accuracy, and having rights to any content you input.
EzFix offers a free tier with 3 AI diagnostics per calendar month. An optional Pro subscription (€9.99/month or €89/year) grants unlimited AI diagnostics. You may cancel at any time from your customer portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Payment terms, billing, and card handling are governed by Stripe's consumer terms. For refund requests contact jeremydiagnostics@gmail.com.
EzFix, its software, branding, and content are owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or circumvent technical limits.
If you believe AI output infringes your rights, contact jeremydiagnostics@gmail.com. Repeated infringers will be terminated. We may filter, restrict, or remove content at our discretion.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, fraud, security risk, or repeated policy violations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Aggregate liability is capped at fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages, except for fraud or where law forbids exclusion.
