These Terms govern your use of EzFix ("the Service"), operated by Jeremy Vikman ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
EzFix provides AI-generated automotive diagnostic guidance. Output is advisory and informational only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. The Service is not a substitute for inspection, diagnosis, or repair by a qualified mechanic. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make and any work you (or anyone else) performs based on AI output.
You agree that to the fullest extent permitted by law:
You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully or fraudulently; (b) infringe intellectual property; (c) interfere with security (malware, scraping, probing); (d) jailbreak or attempt to bypass safety filters; (e) generate harmful, illegal, or hateful content; (f) use outputs to provide regulated professional advice without your own oversight.
You are responsible for your prompts, your use of outputs, verifying accuracy, and having rights to any content you input.
Each diagnostic costs 1 credit. Free credits are granted monthly. Additional credits may be purchased.
Consumed credits. Credits are a digital service used immediately upon each diagnostic query. Once a credit has been spent on an AI response, that credit has been delivered to you and the corresponding portion of the purchase has been performed. Refund eligibility for partially-used packs is governed by Paddle's Refund Policy and may be pro-rated based on the value of credits already consumed. We reserve the right to refuse refunds where credit usage indicates the Service was substantially used or where there is evidence of fraud or abuse.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment terms, billing, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy.
EzFix, its software, branding, and content are owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or circumvent technical limits.
If you believe AI output infringes your rights, contact Jeremywikman@gmail.com. Repeated infringers will be terminated. We may filter, restrict, or remove content at our discretion.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, fraud, security risk, or repeated policy violations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Aggregate liability is capped at fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages, except for fraud or where law forbids exclusion.
